Risk Disclosure

Last updated: June 2026

Please read this carefully before using RDX. Trading and holding digital assets involves significant risk. You should only invest what you can afford to lose.

1. Market Volatility

Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate dramatically within minutes or hours. The value of your digital assets may increase or decrease significantly, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You could lose some or all of your investment.

2. Regulatory Risk

Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. Future regulations in Rwanda or other countries could affect the value, legality, or transferability of digital assets. RDX may need to modify its services to comply with new regulations.

3. Technology Risk

Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or technical failures. Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities. While RDX employs robust security measures, no system is completely immune to cyber attacks.

4. Irreversibility

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Sending funds to an incorrect address or wrong network will result in permanent loss. RDX cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.

5. Exchange Rate Risk

Exchange rates between RWF and cryptocurrencies are determined by live market prices and may differ from rates on other platforms. Rates are locked at the time of transaction confirmation.

6. Liquidity Risk

Certain digital assets may have limited liquidity, meaning large orders may not be fulfilled at expected prices. RDX does not guarantee the availability of any particular trading pair.

7. Not Financial Advice

RDX does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you. We recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
