How It Works

Getting started with RDX takes just a few minutes. Here's how to buy your first crypto using mobile money.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up with your email address and create a secure password. Verify your email with the 6-digit code sent to your inbox. Your account is ready in under 2 minutes.

Step 2: Deposit RWF via Mobile Money

Go to Deposit, select RWF, choose your mobile money provider (MTN MoMo or Airtel Money), enter your phone number and the amount. A payment request will be sent to your phone — confirm it with your MoMo PIN. Your RWF balance updates instantly.

Step 3: Swap RWF for Crypto

Go to Swap, select RWF in "You send" and choose your desired cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.) in "You receive". Enter the amount, review the live exchange rate and fee, then confirm. Your crypto balance updates instantly.

Step 4: Withdraw

Send your crypto to any external wallet by entering the destination address, or withdraw RWF back to your mobile money account. Crypto withdrawals are processed automatically via the blockchain. Mobile money withdrawals arrive instantly.

Security Tips

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in Settings for extra security. Never share your password or 2FA codes. Always double-check wallet addresses before withdrawing — blockchain transactions are irreversible.
