Refund Policy
RDX LTD strives to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and promptly. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. Mobile Money Deposits
If a mobile money deposit is charged from your account but not credited to your RDX balance due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support with your transaction details and we will investigate and process the refund within 48 hours.
2. Failed Withdrawals
If a withdrawal fails during processing (before blockchain confirmation or mobile money payout), the locked funds are automatically returned to your available balance. No action is needed from you.
3. Cryptocurrency Transactions
Completed cryptocurrency transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. RDX cannot refund or reverse crypto deposits or withdrawals that have been confirmed on the blockchain. This includes transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses or wrong networks by the user.
4. Swap Transactions
Completed swaps are final. Exchange rates are locked at the time of confirmation and cannot be adjusted retroactively. The rate, fee, and receive amount are displayed before you confirm.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, contact support immediately. We will investigate, and if confirmed unauthorized, we will take appropriate action which may include a refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email byiringirodigson@gmail.com with: your registered email, transaction amount and date, description of the issue, and any error messages received. We will respond within 48 hours.
7. Refund Processing Time
Mobile money refunds: 1-3 business days. Crypto refunds (where applicable): 1-5 business days. Account credit refunds: instant.
